Monthly prices are per company, not per truck. Applicable taxes are additional. Each person, including an invited driver, uses one team account. Third-party routing, ELD, accounting and messaging services may require separate subscriptions and setup.

Before you start
What happens after the trial?
Your trial starts when you create your company and lasts 14 days. Continuing normal work requires an active subscription. If your trial expires before paid subscriptions are available, operations pause; the owner can still access billing and available record-export tools. Signup alone never authorizes a charge.
How does HaulBaseTMS Driver fit into the plan?
Driver access is included in every plan. Drivers use a phone browser for assigned trips, trip updates and document uploads. Each invited driver counts toward the plan’s total team-account limit.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
The company owner can switch between plans during an active free trial without restarting it. Once paid subscriptions are available, the owner can use the billing portal to manage a paid plan and cancellation. Checkout will show the recurring amount and the applicable terms before you authorize payment.
Does the subscription include tax filing or external services?
HaulBase organizes records for IFTA preparation; it does not file tax returns. Third-party services, live integrations and any provider charges are separate from the core subscription.
