Terms of service

Using HaulBase

HaulBase provides trucking administration tools for authorized business users, including dispatch records, mileage reports, documents, invoices, and driver settlements. You must have authority to act for the carrier whose workspace you use. Keep your sign-in secure and promptly remove access for people who no longer need it.

Your records and responsibilities

Your company retains its rights in the records and documents it supplies. You authorize processing those records to provide the service and the integrations your company enables. Provide accurate information and obtain permission to upload other people’s information. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive medical information or payment-card details.

Review mileage, invoices, pay calculations, delivery status, and reports before relying on them. Calculated routes may differ from the route actually driven. HaulBase does not file IFTA returns or replace your payroll, tax, safety, or recordkeeping obligations.

Subscriptions and integrations

Prices shown during this preview are proposals. Once activated, checkout will show the applicable recurring price, billing interval, and any trial. Stripe processes subscription payments. An expired trial, past-due payment, unpaid or canceled subscription, or expired paid period pauses normal workspace access. The company owner retains access to billing and available record-export tools.

Connected services, including PC*Miler, Motive, and message providers, have separate terms, permissions, availability, and usage limits. Expiration reminders depend on correct dates, recipient details, configured delivery services, and an active schedule. Maintain your own compliance calendar.

Acceptable use

Do not access another company’s information, bypass permissions or usage limits, share accounts, upload unlawful content, or interfere with service operation. Access may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect customer records.

Exports, changes, and support

Company administrators can export available records and download documents separately. A records export is not a full infrastructure backup. Commercial retention periods, account-deletion procedures, cancellation effects, refund rules, and the operator’s support contact must be finalized and disclosed before customer launch.

Material changes to the final terms should be communicated before they take effect. This draft requires review for the operator’s business and customers’ jurisdictions.
